Their Planes from NJ sent me this video, along with a link to their single ‘The Hunter‘ 

The video is a little depressing for me, but I watch YouTube at work to pass time so anything less than Slayer is depressing to me. 

Beyond the grim imagery brought to mind by their name, it’s abundantly clear upon the first listen that five piece art rock act Their Planes will Block Out The Sun are not a Jersey band in any typical sense. Though calling North Jersey home, these five performers of wildly diverse interests and backgrounds have traded in the arena rock hooks, blaring guitar solo or even the post hardcore of recent years for intricate ambient rock, drawing from influences including Radiohead, The Smiths, Talking Heads, & Joy Division.
